Pairing of Headset
For internet access, as expected the 🏃♀️ faster the connection, and the less users, the better. If this is hard to arrange then a reliable fallback is to use a strong 4G/5G mobile hotspot.

On your Laptop’s browser login to your JoinXR account here, using the details provided by HEE.

Follow the instructions to pair your headset (you can skip step1)

Create a Dropin ( a permanent meeting space for you and your students)
Select "Drop-ins" from the top bar.
Click "Add Drop-in".
Name your Dropin. (i.e. LEEDS XR simulation)
Click "Save Change"
