The student GP must speak with Josh, decide whether to visit Stacey at home, conduct a Mental Health Assessment and then arrange care for Stacey if they consider it neccessary. |

📁 Briefing | Prior to the XR sim starting, the student GP is briefed that they will be speaking on the phone with a husband who is concerned about his wife’s Mental health. The student GP will be given access to the Medical History for the patient. | 🧑🏫 Classroom ⏲️ 5 mins |

🗣️ Mental Health Examination of Stacey  | On the home visit, the student GP should conduct a mental health examination of Stacey. ☎️ Clinical Decision  | The student GP will contact the Mental Health Crisis team who cannot reach Stacey for 48 hours. The most optimal outcome is for the student GP to refer Stacey for a complete mental state examination at the hospital. | 🎮 XR Sim GP surgery ⏲️ 3 mins |
