Olivia Musa is a 44 year old patient with stage IV breast cancer. She has undergone several rounds of cancer treatment in hospital over the last 10 months. The cancer has not responded to the treatment and she has been discharged from hospital into the care of her GP for palliative care at home. The student GP must discuss Olivia’s EOL care with Tanya, Olivia’s sister and Olivia herself. |

📁 Briefing | Prior to Before starting the XR sim starting, the student GP is briefed simulation, the learner must consent to taking part via this online form. The learner will then receive a briefing that they will be visiting visit Olivia’s home to speak with both Tanya and Olivia. 🗣️ Conversation with Tanya  | The student GP will have a short conversation with Tanya, Olivia’s sister to understand how the family is coping, what is in place for Olivia’s last few days, and importantly, get a sense of how prepared they are for Olivia’s passing. | 🎮 XR Sim Olivia’s flat.
