After the birth of her second child 4 weeks ago, Stacey’s husband Josh has phoned the surgery as he is very concerned about his wife’s mental state. The student must speak with Josh, decide whether to visit Stacey at home, conduct a Mental Health Assessment and then arrange care for Stacey if needed.
